Frequently Asked Questions

Please bring with you to the course:

  • a mat; Mats are available in Ansfelden. You don't need to take a mat with you there.

The following points are important for the online course:

  • You need a laptop, desktop or tablet.
  • The course will be held via Zoom. You will receive an access link no later than 30 minutes before the start. You may still need to install Zoom on your device.

It is not possible to start the course later. However, I offer the following service: If it is not possible to attend a lesson, I offer the possibility to make up for the lesson within the same course block, by prior arrangement, in another course (if places are free) or online.

If you cannot attend a class and then do not want to make up for the lesson yourself, someone else can attend the lesson instead of you. Please let us know in advance that you would like another person to come to the class.

In order to maintain a fair offer for all participants, in this case for those who book regular courses and individual classes from the beginning, it is not possible to take a free trial lesson.

You are welcome to book an individual lesson in a course to get to know me personally, the schedule and the training sessions. If you then book the course, only the price for the regular course lessons will be charged for this individual lesson.

You can take part in the course without any prior knowledge. I always provide variants for the exercises so that they can be carried out appropriately for different levels of difficulty. You can choose the variant that suits your fitness level.
